sec-check ✅ PASS — Compliance drill-down fix. Changes are UI-only: status normalization logic, numeric parsing with proper Number.isFinite() validation, and display of aggregate counts. No injection vectors, no unsafe eval, no external data trust issues.

Fixes #13560
The stat blocks in the Security Compliance dashboard were showing correct values but the drill-down displayed all zeros. Fixed the data flow to pass the correct values to the drill-down view.
