Tagging subscribers to this area: @dotnet/ncl, @vcsjones Issue DetailsThis adds control to TLS session cache size on Linux, added in #22977. That makes it comparable to Windows where this can be tuned via registry. Since this is the last part I really wanted to do, this closes #22977.
