Update documentation in Preferences #2257
Description
The user settings for export need to be updated. The URL is https://ui.adsabs.harvard.edu/user/settings/export
Right now under the "BibTeX Default Export Key Format" we have the following (click on the "?" icon to see):

| %R | Bibcode |
| %nH | Author, where n can be any number |
| %q | Publication |
| %Y | Year |
We need to add the following:

| %zm | Enumeration |
