Hello,
there is a UI state mismatch when disabling the Select upgradable packages by default option (Settings -> User interface preferences -> Select upgradable packages by default).

Steps to reproduce the issue
- (If disabled) Enable the
Select upgradable packages by default and restart the app
- Disable the
Select upgradable packages by default and restart the app
- Notice the check-all checbox being checked while the packages are not (all checkboxes should be unchecked)
