Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
Precondition: AdGuard tile is added to Quick settings, and protection is currently OFF

1. Open the Notification panel (Quick settings panel)
2. Tap the AdGuard tile to enable protection
3. Wait a couple of seconds

Expected Behavior

Protection is enabled, Notification panel remains open

Actual Behavior

Protection is enabled, Notification panel automatically closes
