The custom DNS server disappears after importing settings that were just exported #5892

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Protection -> DNS protection -> DNS server
2. Add a custom DNS server tls://1.1.1.1
3. Go to Settings tab
4. Tap on action menu -> Export settings
5. Complete export (export all)
6. Tap on action menu again -> Import settings
7. Complete import (import all)

Expected Behavior

The custom DNS server tls://1.1.1.1 is in the list and selected.

Actual Behavior

The custom DNS server has disappeared, and Automatic DNS is now selected.
