Updated filters displayed in Simplified Chinese when app set to Traditional Chinese #4949

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change the AdGuard app language to Traditional Chinese
2. Update filters
3. Check the names of the updated filters

Expected Behavior

The updated filteres should be displayed in Traditional Chinese

Actual Behavior

The updated filteres are displayed in Simplified Chinese
