The "Add userscript" popup does not appear when redirected to AdGuard by the userscript link  #4913

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch AdGuard
2. Enable protection
3. Launch web browser and click the link https://openuserjs.org/scripts/YePpHa/YouTube_Center
4. Tap the "Install" button, to install the userscript

Expected behaviour

AdGuard application has came to the foreground. "Add userscripst" popup is open. The userscript address field is auto-filled with the correct link to the userscript.

Actual behaviour

AdGuard application has came to the foreground. "Add userscripst" popup is not appeared.
