The buttons overlap the text on the userscript screen on the small display #4750

Any compatible android version, 5.15" display

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch AdGuard
2. Open the Settings -> Filtering -> Userscripts -> AdGuard Extra

Expected behaviour

The screen for AdGuard Extra is scrollable.
The Reinstall and Remove buttons are not overlapping the text.

Actual behaviour

The AdGuard Extra screen is not scrollable.
The Reinstall and Remove buttons are overlapping the text.
