The two clanks holding Krosp don't have the blue eye light lines that most of the Lucrezia-infested clanks do. Mad theory: those two are being run by Castle and Train, and that Train's ploy has removed Lucrezia's influence from at least the mob of dingbots following them, maybe even all the dingbots.
The Lucrezias in the last panel seem surprisingly willing to accept the arriving clanks as flawed copies of Lucrezia rather than snarky fakes.
Olga was killed by the spider clank before the reveal/conversation with the circus folk about some of them being sparks. Olga may well have been a spark -- not as strong or well educated as Agatha, and with a brain much less similar to Lucrezia's original biological brain than Agatha's. Lucrezia-in-Olga can do sparky things, but it's difficult and painful, neither things Lucrezia deals with well.
Also what bunsen_h said -- she has memories of source Lucrezia doing sparky things as part of her memories & identity.
