I'm 26. I constantly feel either younger or older, but being 'in my 20s' is still kindof strange for me. As interests go, I'm an all around litgeek - BA in English Literature, certificate in Medieval and Renaissance Studies. I read incessantly, fangirl in various low-key ways. I also knit crazylots, drink a lot of coffee and tea, and enjoy dabbling in the kitchen. I adore science fiction, mostly for its strangeness, though lately I've gotten more interested in mythoepic .

Occupationally, I'm a 'librarian' on hiatus - I worked for 6 years in libraries, and have had a handful of jobs ranging from construction to call center work, but I'm currently working for the Borg at UPMC, plotting and planning to go to grad school one of these days. I live with three cats, and two beautiful smart geeky women in the Home for Wayward Fangirls. I recently married the wonderful and awesome caveman_joe, who hails from the land of Tea and that place with lots of English folks.

I've been told that I'm too quiet, though I love outrageous old clothing, particularly a good hat. I've an uneasy relationship with online journaling - though I've had some sort of a web presence since I was 15, I'm far more careful to overthink things before I write them. Except when I don't. What this means is that the most up-to-date thing you're likely to see is my librarything account these days. If you have a ravelry account, you can find my knitting under the same username, ginskye
