Another Torchwood drabble thingie that's been sitting on my hard drive for months that no one will see haha.

set after Ghostmachine  - a parallel on the Gwen/Jack scene (which is so wrong to the obvious few people).
PG - nothing more than hints.

“I already know how to use this,” protested Ianto.   Jack ushered the younger man to stand in front of him despite the whining.   “I was fully trained well before I met you, Captain, there’s really n-” he trailed off sharply as Jack pressed himself against him.  “Then again, a little refresher wouldn’t hurt, I suppose,” he added tightly.

“Now you’re getting it,” Jack whispered into Ianto’s ear as he stroked the back of his neck.  Noticing that Ianto had closed his eyes, Jack chuckled softly and stopped teasing him, instead moving his hand down towards the gun in his ‘pupils’ hand.  His other hand, on Ianto’s hip, tugged and pushed at him, lining him up properly and doing more than a good job of turning them both on.  “Side on Ianto, straight to the sights.”  Now that he had Ianto snugly against him he reached around to cock the gun.  “Take a deep breath,” he said softly, drawing a breath himself.  He held it a few seconds before smiling. “Breathe out and squeeze the trigger... softly.”

Ianto pulled the trigger as he exhaled, but deliberately miss-aimed the barrel.  Instead of hitting the chest of the six-foot Weevil cut-out target, the bullet had left an impressive hole in its crotch.   Turning to smile slyly at Jack, whose wince was almost imperceivable as he observed the would-be attacker, Ianto suggested that maybe he needed more ‘practice’ after all.

Despite his own less-than-sincere reasons for getting Ianto the range working exactly to plan, Jack still rolled his eyes before taking the weapon out of Ianto's hand, placing it back on the table with the others, and obliging the man whole-heartedly.
