Use at your own risk
Timex is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. It runs on your Mac, against your file system, with permissions you grant. We have done our best to make it correct and efficient, but we cannot guarantee your data will survive a disk failure or a botched migration. Keep backups.
License
Timex is proprietary software. Copyright © 2026 Muvon Un Limited. You may install and use it on any Mac you own. You may not redistribute, decompile, or resell the binary.
Permissions you grant the app
Timex requires Accessibility (to read the focused window title) and, optionally, Automation (to read the active browser tab URL). Both are granted by you, per-app, in System Settings, and can be revoked at any time. The app degrades gracefully if you revoke them.
Liability
In no event will Muvon Un Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Timex.
Changes
We may update these terms when the product changes meaningfully (for example, if cloud sync ever lands as an opt-in). The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
