I like to know who's reading my posts. I don't particularly care who reads them, really, as long as you follow these few simple rules:

1) Respect my right to write about whatever the hell I want (my journal, my posts. Don't like 'em, don't read 'em.)
2) Don't cause drama. And if we have a problem, don't bring it here.
3) Commenting is appreciated, but not required.
4) Don't add if you're not really going to read anything.

Simple enough? I don't think that's too much ask.

Happiness: Kyra has a Thursday night class at Loyola. If she takes the train back to Waukegan, she won't get home till about 12:30am. But, if she takes the train to Lake Forest or Deerfield, I can go pick her up, and she can stay with me. :D

In a word: YEY!

We've already figured out ways to get me up at 6:30 to take her to the school she's student teaching at. We're thinking poking me with a stick might work to wake me up without being dangerous to her health.

Speaking of school: It's always so weird to see a school bus driving down Trinity's road. I know there are kids living in the apartments, but it's still weird seeing the bus.

Before, I was more amused than anything else. Yes, I was angry at certain points, but toward the end, I found most of it funny.

But now, I understand. I was an idiot to think I could write on here without people thinking stupid shit, and avoiding comments that people have no business posting. Especially if you're going to do it anonymously. I didn't care so much when Christine commented or said something like that, because at least I knew who it was.

So, I'll make you all happy. I'm making this journal Friends Only, and I think I'll probably end up making xanga protected, too. Which is exactly what I DIDN'T want to do in the first place, in case some of you didn't pay attention to that (stupid of me to expect you to when you don't listen to anything else I say.)

Some of you will still be able to read it, and I have no idea how long it's going to take me to delete the other posts/make them friends only, so there's still stuff here till I get around to it. If you don't know why I kicked you off my friends list, it's either because I clumped you together with everyone else I don't want reading, or I screwed something up.
