Dream and his sister: Death

That takes me back...

You are The Hermit

Prudence, Caution, Deliberation.

The Hermit points to all things hidden, such as knowledge and inspiration, hidden enemies. The illumination is from within, and retirement from participation in current events.

The Hermit is a card of introspection, analysis and, well, virginity. You do not desire to socialize; the card indicates, instead, a desire for peace and solitude. You prefer to take the time to think, organize, ruminate, take stock. There may be feelings of frustration and discontent but these feelings eventually lead to enlightenment, illumination, clarity.

The Hermit represents a wise, inspirational person, friend, teacher, therapist. This a person who can shine a light on things that were previously mysterious and confusing.

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club

Oh what now I'll post content? Hey nice!

So me and meesha were watching basic cable together after putting on Wizard of Oz and Dark Side of the Moon to confirm ONCE AND FOR ALL if it syncs up (and yes it does but subtly, obviously unintentionally, and quite eerily) when This crazy movie comes on.

What?

I had never heard of this. All of my knowledge of the BeeGees comes from Pop-Up Video and absolutely nothing about Peter Frampton other than that Simpsons episode he was in with the Smashing Pumpkins.

"Do you feeel...? Do you feeeeel? Oh come on... DO YOU FEEL?!?

The movie was very terrifying. A bit like Across the Universe part 1, but done terribly. Suddenly we saw Steve Martin and thought he would save us... sadly, no.

Ugh and that wasn't even close to the most painful song, "When I'm 64". I won't even bother linking to it. Just because you sing-talk all the lyrics in a goofy way doesn't make it entertaining, but everyone knows that by now.

Pop-Up Video told me that there used to be so much BeeGees hate that radio stations would have BeeGee Free Fridays. I remember thinking "If only they would do this with the Backstreet Boys and Nsync." I could imagine a lot of it stemming from this movie.

What made it worth it though? The Strawberry Fields Forever cover. Not sung by the BeeGees or Peter Frampton, but by a random character named "Strawberry Fields". Nice.

Do like! Should I name my first daughter Strawberry Fields Fitzgerald?

Aerosmith was also involved, but I'll only link to it. It was just interesting to see them as this hardcore new band. El oh el.

Anyhow, just thought I'd share!

Being Human/No Heroics

Just thought I'd make a public post recommending anyone who hasn't seen this stuff to go out and see it like nao.

Also, I think I've had enough of the current websites I've been watching (if you can't tell what with all the LJ activity). Any internet suggestions anyone?

Oh no guys something mildly inconvenient happened to me!

I used to have "the kree empire" and "the skrull empire" as unique interests!

When someone else put "the kree empire" 5 years ago he found me and added me. Turned out to be a pretty cool Grant Morrison fan, but I was still pissed.

"The skrull empire" is now an interest for a Hulkling/Wiccan community. Which could be worse but I just hate this.

BAWWWWWWW...
