Hi! My name is Leo and I work for The Geek Group. We’re a non-profit organization that teaches kids about science and technology as well as provide the space and tools geeks of all ages might need to complete a project. We’re based out of The Boden Research Institute in Kalamazoo, Michigan, but have members worldwide.

This summer we’re teaching classes for children 12 and up at The Boden Research Institute. We will have classes on website creation when the students will build a website that will be hosted on The Geek Group server, high energy physics where the students will work together to create a tesla coil, and PC assembly where the students will build their own fully functional computer and take it home (along with all the peripherals) at the end of class. Membership is free and gives you access to all of our forums where you can get information to help with your personal projects or just talk about anything interesting.

Networking Boards was created by myself and is manned by a few staff members from the colleges of LaGuardia Community College and also Devry Institute of Tech here in LIC,NY. Networking Boards is a place where people of any computer literacy can come and learn about computers and their applications in the modern and ever changing business world. We have a few certified and qualified individuals who work in the IT field who will be able to answer most if not all your questions\issues.


This site was created as a free service to the IT and Tech community, in order to close gaps in terms of distance and social aspects of life. You can meet people here for consulting projects and also plan events for LAN parties in your own local area. This site was just recently started so there is not a whole lot happening. But with your help we can help eachother, and the world grow together in a confident and competant partnership.

Hey guys, saw this while searching for RPGs and such

Name's Govind, I live in West Chester, PA, graduated from Henderson High in 2002, and I've been attending Rochester Institute of Technology up in Rochester, NY, where I'm hoping to get my BS in Computer Science & Minor in Criminal Justice in 2007.

I've play regular D&D 3.5, RPGA's D&D 3.5 Living Greyhawk, and Rifts. I've had all three of my characters die in regular D&D 3.5, one out of three characters die in Living Greyhawk. Other than that, I have currently a Level 1 Elven Fighter & a Level 3 Half-Elf Ranger for Living Greyhawk, and a Level 4 Canadian Headhunter Techno-warrior and a Level 3 Wilderness Scout for Rifts.

Currently, I'd be interested in any Rifts games that would be going on in the Philadelphia area during the summer / college breaks, or somehow online. I also have a D20 Modern character, a Level 1 Smart Technician, set up, but I haven't been able to find a D20 Modern game.

I got a lil bored (though I should be studying for my final tomorrow, heh) and made a community for writers in the LJ world! I encourage anyone who has any interest in reading/writing creative works of any kind to join. The goal of the community is to give people a place to post their stories and get feedback, give a place for people to read great stories, and to allow writers to come together in a community.

If any one lives in the Worcester, MA area Dynamo's(158 Main Street, S. Grafton) will be hosting another Heroclix tournament. It will start at 2:00PM and it is $3.00 entry fee.

I don't know if any of you fine folks are from my area, but my name is Mike Mars. I just opened a small record and comic book store in South Grafton, MA, named Dynamo's. We are still very small but we grow everyday, if you live in the area, please drop in on us. Every weekend we have cool events.


This Saturday the 18th Dynamo’s (158 Main Street South Grafton, MA 01560) will be having its first annual CAN YOU BEAT GALACTUS? HERO CLIX TOURNAMENT. (It totally kicks ass and you people should succomb to the power of Galactus biatch)

Then at 6:00pm that night there will be a PS2 WWE Smackdown Here Comes the Pain Tournament. There were so many grudges and issues built from the last time we could not wait a whole month for the next tournament. $3.00 entry fee (House rules are you can only play a character that’s already in the game or a CAW that we here at Dynamo’s made)

And don’t forget about our Xbox Halo Tournament on Saturday the 25th. Play from noon until you’re dead for $3.00.

i'm making my own line of Yu-Gi-Oh heroclix...i got a dark magician and dark magician girl also Dante, from devil may cry, and maybe some rasslin ones like Triple H and Mankind and He-Man, Fist of the North Star...

i guess i'm telling you this to inspire you to follow suit i mean not to condescend i'm sure other people have done it as well and also for suggestions for other types of hero clix
