What the Blade Taught Me...

... is a dark fantasy 2D top-down Action RPG where combat, mystery, and narrative are intertwined through a single unusual companion: a talking dagger.

After returning home, you discover a letter from your missing master along with a strange weapon known as the Daggerblade. The blade speaks, guiding you through a dangerous dungeon in your quest to rescue your master. But the deeper you travel into the castle’s halls, the more unsettling the dagger’s guidance becomes.

Fight through rooms filled with skeletons, monsters, and deadly encounters while mastering fast-paced hack-and-slash combat. Each chamber presents new challenges, including enemy hordes, environmental interactions, and puzzles that must be solved to progress.

Slaying enemies fuels the dagger with energy, making it stronger and unlocking powerful abilities. Yet as the weapon grows in power, the world around you begins to feel increasingly wrong.

The dagger speaks with confidence, but it may not be telling you everything.

When you finally reach the heart of the dungeon, a terrifying truth is revealed: the enemies you have been destroying may not be what they seemed, and your master may not be the hero you believed him to be.

In the end, you must decide what the blade truly taught you.
