The Drama That Is Life!

I JUST COULDN'T HELP MYSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WENT OUT AND BOUGHT THEM WHAT SEEMS LIKE FOREVER AGO!!!!!!!!!! Ok I just got home no more then 5 mintues ago, I'M JUST TOO EXCITED AND FILLED WITH INSPIRATION!!!!!

I never knew I had just a knack for painting! I took right to it just like my WONDERIOUS ACTTING!!!!

Ah, I'm just too talented for my own good!!

True story!

Just about... oh, less then a week ago? I was coming home from a full day of teaching, oh how I love to teach all of the youth in that school! If it where up to me?!? I'd be every teacher for every class!! AH! I would be great!! ...Oh, I'm getting off topic!

So, I was walking home when I just happen to spot a loan bean!

:O! Well I just couldn't just leave the little thing there! It could have gotten stepped on and NEVER GET A CHANCE TO GROW!!!!!!!!

So! I took the little brown bean home, found a small flat pot, scooped up some dirt from outside and planted away!

Since its such a small pot I have to keep it watered constintly! Can't let it dry out and die! Its been some what of a small challange!


But it seems my hard planting work has flourished today! I just came home and when I looked at the little pot, all I see it a small, sterdy green stem SPROUTING out from the dirt!! :D!!



Im so PROUD of that little bean! After been left alone in the middle of path way and to the elements, it MANAGED to pull through, wait for someone with a kind heart to save it and give it a chance!

Hmm~

That kind reminds me of someone... but who?

Say, anyone wanna help me out with that? :D!

Moving along... It seems that THIS BEAN! Has giving me such insipration!!! YOSH! I shall write!

This little bean is speaking to me!!

It tells me, TO PAINT!!

THATS IT!! Tomorrow! I shall head towards the nearest art store and buy the things I need to express the ideas that are just BLOOMING inside my head!!!

I HAVE ONLY TWO THINGS TO SAY!

ITEM ONE!
The musical! All you wonderful, brilliant actors and actresses, get ready, because if you don't audition for a role in Obito's delightful Anemone - you get extra homework in my class. And I'll be speaking to Ibiki as well. (As much as it sometimes scares me to do so.)

ITEM TWO!
Tenten! We need to begin preparations for your driver's test, no? Get back to me on this, and we shall soon have you celebrating the joy of youth in the driver's seat!

How have I missed all this?! I've been holed up in my office for the last few days, writing and working on that play I was doing before. Fine-tuning, so maybe...someday, I'll see it on Broadway!

Anyways, I got a little suspicious when water started coming in the door, but I was already prepared. I just happened to have a life-raft in my bag from my play-writing retreat. Blowing that up, I set my laptop in there and continued to write. I'm afraid I wasn't aware of all this other drama that's going on... I did get my play done though!

The water continued to rise, and I'm awfully cold now...but it's done! Nothing can deter me from my ultimate goal...to have a play on Broadway!

I hope everybody's okay...and that nothing too dramatic happened while I was obliviously writing away.

Obito, we must discuss things!

Due to my outstanding and overwhelming brillance, I am, of course very humbly, leaving all the parts in the play to the good students of Konoha High. However, as I said, I am very excited about helping you out! Staging, lights, sound, scripting, auditions! I'm ready when you are!

*sparkly thumbs up!*

Ack! My beautiful darlings! I neglected to tell you of my deparature for my month-long retreat! It's done me so much wonderful goodness! I lived in the wild woods of Konoha, surrounded by the trees and the beauty of the majestic sky! I lived off dandelion stew after my backpack fell in the river and floated away, I fended off wild animals using only my pants as a weapon (okay, it was only a squirrel, but still. It was my pants, for goodness sake!), and I wrote. I wrote and wrote and wrote, and you all will be amazed at what I have brought back for you!

A MASTERPIECE! Currently, it is untitled, but it details the trials and travails of one such young, youthful man (who if I do say so, reminds me muchly of myself) as he travels across the country on an ill-fated journey to find himself. Can you just feel it?! I'm so excited for it! First, fine-tuning, of course, of course! But then...I can see it. Broadway! Names in lights! Stardom!

It saddens me to see that the world has indeed moved on without me, although your most beloved and adorable of teachers has vanished, seemingly without a trace. (And no one even thought to look for me...) Anyways, now that I'm back, the world can speed up its pace even more, until it whirls with the speed that makes you grateful that gravity holds you down to the earth we all love so much!

I tend to forget that even high school drama is passionate. Distressing, but part of youth.

Sasuke, Sakura, you know that you can always come to me for support, yes? "Manly hugs for all!" is my counseling motto. :)

First, congratulations to the cute Lee for being a strong, motivated student and for working his way into my class again. (I know teachers are not supposed to have favorites, but I have always felt a deeper connection to him than I have other students. It is almost as if we are related!) I must also admit that I am rather touched at the recent amount of charity and goodwill in our school that has been springing up like April flowers as of late. Advice columns, parties, and the welcoming of new students? Stupendous!

Being honored with such elegant students brings tears to my eyes. Tears of joy, tears of pride, and tears of confusion as I wonder just where I put this year's play.

Yes, I, Mr. Maito, have lost the screenplay to Romeo and Juliet Meet In Pearl Harbor: The Musical. I shame myself, my profession, and most importantly, my students. Please forgive!

However, just what is this newly-created play that I have been hearing about? Obito, I'm not quite sure who or what you are, but you might just end up saving the drama club! Please, do share your ideas with me! The jig is not yet up!!!

Again, please forgive your silly teacher, and Anko? A word with you, m'lady, if you please!

Oh, I almost forgot! Preperations for the fall school musical are already well underway. Scripts will be released this following Tuesday and those who wish to apply for the position of assistant director are welcome to do so at any conveniant time. The job will count as an extra drama course credit.

Which musical, you ask? Why, something of my own creation! We shall see in the upcoming days just what Konoha High is in store for, ho ho!

Work hard!!!

Ah, at last! School has again started up, and I can already tell that it's going to be a fabulous year for all of us. My new underclassmen students are absolutely delightful - they're spectacular, I tell you! I already love them all so, so so much. Right now they're only tiny little pre-pubescent freshmen seeds, yes, and now they are content to merely wallow in the dirt of the garden of life. BUT SOON, they will be ready to BURST FROM THEIR SHELLS, EXPLODING WITH A FIRE THAT CAN ONLY COME FROM TRULY DRIVEN YOUTH! THEY WILL BECOME SUCH ELEGANT, PASSIONATE FLOWERS, AND IT IS AN HONOR TO BE THEIR CARETAKER. I will not let my blossoms down!

My body positively sings at the idea of having a whole year ahead of us. An entire year lies in front, stretched out beyond the horizon, filled with different twists and turns in each new step! There are so many possibilities to teach, to learn, and to grow in our future, and I encourage all of you to seize every opportunity possible and to enfold each new learning experience in a manly, heart-felt embrace!

Except you, Jiraiya. You've apparently seized enough already.
