Freading is a book club created for those who are interested in reading something a little different than what's on the top ten lists right now. Oprah's Book Club we are not, and our choices of literature may be a bit shocking, offensive or erotic, but they will be just plain well written.
This is how it works. A post is made asking for book recommendations, and why. The answers of that post are listed in a poll. You vote, you decide what we read. We'll take about three weeks to read the book, then you can start posting your opinions of the storyline, plot, characters, what they ate... whatever you want. Posts will be moderated as I don't want someone posting too early and ruining the ending for anyone else. After a week of discussion (and if you're a local member, a meetup to actually chat in person), the process will begin again. You game?
