Revolting Puppets

Revolting Puppets is Cyber-Punk band from Bern, Switzerland. The label info provides the ingredients: Electro, Synthwave and Punk Rock. It gets right to the point, and the skilful variety is a big bonus. Their new album opens stormy, reminiscent of KILLING JOKE and very moderate MINISTRY, nicely brisk beat with a lot of drive and playful extras to loosen up. In between, there are also more relaxed pieces, dark ballads with a melancholy touch. The "Tales Of Arson" don't sound at all Bernese-thoughtful, but definitely have a strong British touch. The band itself deliberately remains in the dark, staging their concept masked and anonymous. Dark, driving songs with matching dystopia comic artwork...
