If I understand you correctly, then no.
What I think "dissolution period" means is the amount of time it takes for some solid stuff (the solute) to dissolve completely into a solvent, measured from when you dump your spoonful of sugar into your glass of water until it has all "disappeared". It might vary with how effectively you stir.
I would not consider the term "dissolved period" to mean anything in particular, but if it did, I would take it to be the period during which the stuff statically remains in the dissolved state.
Therefore "dissolution period" and "dissolved period" would be mutually exclusive. the latter begins when the former ends.
The latter might end when something else happens, such as conditions change (temperature, perhaps) which might cause the stuff to "un-dissolve", to re-form, precipitate, or crystallize out of solution.
