When Dong Sik comes back to himself, he’s walking down the quiet street leading up to his house. He can feel Joo Won’s eyes on him, even in the dark.
Don’t fuck it up, Dong Sik thinks, and he wonders how much longer the two of them are going to wander like this. He’d be a fool—a real one—to not read the signs and know what’s happening.
[or: a little after canon, lee dong sik reckons with the fact that han joo won might not be satisfied with the quiet equilibrium they've accomplished. dong sik has normal thoughts about this, because of course he does.]
