Expression of Sin3A187.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 via Scer\GAL4twi.PB and Scer\GAL4how-24B results in embryos with a range of defects in the somatic musculature. While half are wild type, half show missing and misshapen muscles. A VA2 to VA1 muscle transformation is observed in 14% of embryos.
