Expression of rokScer\UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU results in small, rough eyes.

Wing discs overexpressing rokScer\UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 are multi-layered and show malformed disc shapes.

In contrast to the columnar wild-type cells, wing disc cells in clones overexpressing rokScer\UAS.cMa driven by Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI shrink basally and show abnormal apical-basal polarity.

In contrast to wild-type controls, cells overexpressing rokScer\UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 appear to migrate out from the Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1-expression domain.

Expression of rokScer\UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4OK107 does not result in axon growth defects in the mushroom body.

Expression of rokScer\UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4arm.PS results in about 80% embryonic lethality. Embryos expressing rokScer\UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4unspecified usually have a dorsal open or dorsal hole phenotype and the pattern of dorsal hairs along the dorsal midline is disturbed. Embryos expressing rokScer\UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL469B have polygonal shaped leading edge cells which show an abnormal accumulation of F-actin.
