Okay I was a bit out of commission this weekend being sick and all and trying to sleep it off for the most part. But while I was away I did work on playing catch up with last seasons and watching things off the DVR.

Oh and once you go under cuts tags I cannot help you from getting spoiled on anything from another show. "Supernatural" is another post but everything else in in this post under the cut tags so SPOILERSPHOBES BEWARE okay!

~*~*~*~*~*~
First up- Football!

Patriots vs. Jets--- Pats lost!
Texans vs. Titans--- TEXANS baby!
Bears vs. Steelers--- DA BEARS!
Giants vs. Cowboys--- Giants screwed up someone's first game in a new stadium didn't they!

~*~*~*~*~*~
"Bones"
I saw "Bones" #501 'Harbingers in a Fountain' on Thursday but I didn't really have much to say about it and people may not have noticed it at the end of last week's SPN squee.

I really really liked it but then I've always had a weakness for David playing a character but not acting like the character usually acts, you know? David = funny... OOH and the socks!

I loved that he was still him but not quite the same. And of the when Angela kissed his forehead but ones wouldn't, the look on his face... Awww my poor Booth!

I also just rewatched The Pain in the Heart and I still say Sweets is Gormagon!!! AND that all there is to it!

"Supernatural"
I don't know quite why but I'm pretty excited still about the new season of "Supernatural". I LOVED the premiere and though I'm not totally on board with the end of the second episode I still enjoyed it immensely.

Here are the link to my post episode babble on both those episodes.

#501 Sympathy For The Devil-- Spoilerphobes BEWARE
#502 Good God, Ya'll-- Spoilerphobes BEWARE

"The Vampire Diaries"
Again like with "Bones" this might have been lost in the "Supernatural" craziness on the last couple Thursdays...

I think I like it fine it's just not worth tons of tape space. If I feel the need to watch it after this week's (which is on the DVR for me and Acathla to watch) then I'll just download it after this... I'm still only at the number 2 spot on the waiting list for the first book in the series from my library. I'm guessing they'll call saying it's my turn when I'm over 700 miles away this weekend.

I like Stefan and not Damon... I sorry Ian Somerhalder fans... It just the way it worked out for me. I love the tension and the immense backstory that's been referred to and alluded to so far. But it's online viewing for me on this one. Some my gripe about the vampire mythology in regards to this show and personally I don't care if you look at every TV vampire mythology out there people had issues with all of them... Every TV vampire needs his own mythology and every show tries to make them different than it's predicessors.

"Psych"
I liked the "Psych" #406 'Bollywood Homicide' episode on Friday. But I never wanna ever see them do that to the theme song ever again!!!!!!!! Seriously folks, I love that theme song and sing along to it every time I hear it but that one was just all manner of wrong. They need to never do that again!

"MONDAY"

"One Tree Hill"
OMG What the hell is this new fuckery on last night's "One Tree Hill"?!?!?

Did you guys see that shit! I love Danneel Harris as an actress but DAMN her character Rachel is the stupidest thing alive if she really did that!!! I mean Dan really? Ummm ewwww much!

Also I loved Haley fighting for the record label. I love that their keeping that aspect of the show. I went to school for that sort of thing an I ADORE that it was a main plot in one of my shows. I love Mia just up'ing the ante for the big label and siding with Haley and Peyton! I LOVE IT! GO MIA!

"Heroes"
Okay so I think I've quit trying to watch "Heroes" at this point but my little sis [livejournal.com profile] acathla02dru watches it so because she has to hear about all my show spazzing it's only fair that I gotta hear her spazz about "Heroes".

I guess there was something about Claire going to college and something about a roommate... I donno to quote Lindsey in the "Angel" episode 'Not Fade Away' I breezed out.

Angel: You haven't heard a word I've said. For, like... years back.
Lindsey: Well, you get a little speechy, all right? I breeze out. I got the Cliff notes.

"CSI:Miami"
Okay so I'm not recording this one anymore, but since the DVR is set to record "Castle" anytime it's on I figure I can watch "CSI:Miami" and then watch "Castle" off the DVR.

That said I really really really enjoyed this premiere. I didn't expect too but I did!

I loved the whole flashback to 1997 bit. They actually in my opinion pulled it of in a good way. Hehehhe Delko is listening to Chumbawamba! NICE! I never thought all this was the way Delko got into the team. Interesting very interesting. AND the shades!!! They're from Delko! No wonder there's such a slashy component to him and Horatico. Speaking of, love the scene when Horatico is telling a comatose Delko that he can't lose him too.

So yeah Delko is apparently a miracle-boy by all rights he should be dead and he keeps not dying. I'm annoyed by that concept on this show but I love his character so I'm happy he's not dead. Yeah my thoughts on that are a bit contradictory aren't they?

Eddie Cibrian wasn't too bad in this. I wonder where his character Jesse Cardoza has been all these years.. My vote LA. I donno why but that's my vote.

"Castle"
So somehow or another I ended up never watching the season finale last spring. Thank god it was on my DVR though. I watch it and last night's premiere late last night before I passed out. So thoughts on both are under the cut.

Awwww YAY Bailey Chase is back! I thought he did an awesome job in episode #109 as the FBI agent and ex-boyfriend of Beckett. Fairly cool episode however all I got to say about it is from the end, I think.

Poor Agent Will Sorenson he got all shot... But YAY he'll be okay. That means that Bailey may or may not be in more episodes. I love the thought of that. Bailey Chase is made od AWESOME!

I'm really glad though that I didn't see that finale before now though I would've been wondering WTF he found out about her mother's case that was so bad to not be talking to him in the new season. As I'd been spoiled on. Hmmm her mom was part of a bigger situation than just wrong place wrong time. More than her died like that. Interesting I wanna know more.

I love Nathan throughout the whole series so far but Castle undercover with the Russian mob is just WIN! Hmmm is it just me or on any show when they need a scary bad guy on a large scale is it always Russians, Nigerians, Chinese or the Middle East. It's never Italians or Greeks or Australians... Just a random thought that popped up while watching this last night.

OMG but Beckett changing her outfit and going in to ge Castle out of there! Awesome right? And she knows Russian, good for her!

Awwww Castle tells her he's sorry. She tells him she'll see him tomorrow. Awwww he gets to come back but you KNOW it's not all better yet.

"TUESDAY"

"NCIS"
I MISSED MY SHOW!!!! *smooches them* So I had to watch tonight's with Dad which can be annoying but it wasn't too bad tonight.

So I wondered how the time difference/flashback thing was going to go. I knew Ziva was suppose to be in the new season so there wasn't worry all summer about her like there was last year with Tony. I liked how the flashbacks work in with the current timeline and Tony being tied to a chair and all. I love my TONY this episode rocked for him.

I guess if Ziva's gonna be back at NCIS there is going to be lots of tension and problems. she doesn't trust Tony and after Gibbs picked Tony over her I don't know if she trusts him either. They came back for her but I just don't know. And Tony probably doesn't trust her much after the way she was when they brought her into the room with Tony and Tim.

Also GO Timmy! Playing possum til the time is right!

I love everyone in the office clapping at the end when they got off the elevator! Very awesome.

Other than all that I don't really have cohesive thoughts about it yet. I may have more if I rewatch it later or after talking to [livejournal.com profile] abe16kidbosco.

"NCIS:LA"
I really enjoy this. I kinda wondered if I would considering the spinoff status and that I was so sure all summer that I'd like it but I did. I really enjoyed the dynamics of the characters.

So Callen's all better now and headed back for his first day back. I love Hetty giving him all that grief and telling him about his new phone and car and the whole bit with the clothes.

Dad wondered who the Gibbs-like character was and assumed by this episode that that role was Callen. I told him that probably isn't right. based off the episodes last spring and this one the character that didn't come back from those last spring was the Team Lead, but she's not in this anymore so I donno now. I said that I had to guess based off what I've seen in these episodes so far that I'd haveta guess it was Hetty. Since she was wanting those expense reports and all here's this and that and the other and don't roll out that nasty thing here (in regards to Callen's bedroll)... So yeah thought anyone got a better idea than that?

Again like "NCIS", I don't really have cohesive thoughts about it yet. I may have more if I rewatch it later or after talking to [livejournal.com profile] abe16kidbosco. I assume she'll probably be watching it because of it being an "NCIS" spinoff.

~*~*~*~*~*~
I totally forgot to set the DVR for "Warehouse 13" in all my "NCIS" excitement. Thank god it aired again after ECW. I DVR'd that airing and I haven't watched it yet because I've been typing this up but I'm going to a a few minutes. I also haven't watched "The Forgotten" yet with Christian Slater. I DVR'd that one too. So I guess I'll just haveta let you all know what I think about them tomorrow, since Acathla is home now and want's to get online.

I've been watching my "Fringe"/"Knight Rider" tapes from last year and I'm finally caught up to the end of the "Knight Riders" in my rewatch of those and up to where the DVR has all the rest of the "Fringe" episodes. I've now just gotta get them watched/recorded from there and decide on whether I'm recording this season or not by Thursday. All I got left is episodes #115-120 and the premiere from last week.

I've got some other stuff to post about so either I'll get that up later if Acathla let's me back online tonight or I'll get on as soon as I can tomorrow to post about it.

Hmmm this whole post got kinda long and took quite awhile to type up....

T-minus like 2 days and like 6 hours or so til we leave for Virginia!

Well what I can say... Supernatural as usual was awesome...

About Vampire Diaries I can say a lot... And it wont be nice... As far Damon-Stefan thing I guess every one have its own opinion. I'm Damon fan since books. Stefan is too emo for me... And I honestly hate such type of men... If we don't count this we can see the awful acting skills of 80% of the cast...

Yes Supernatural was AWESOME.

My general opinion is tv shows and movies that were books first are generally better in the books. In regards to TVd I haven't yet had the chance to read them. I gave the show two episodes to hook me and all it's got out of me is an "eh" and "maybe I'll just watch it online or download it. There's better stuff on Thursday's than this."

But yeah these TVD things are just my opinions after watching two episodes and not having read any of the books. Overall I just not all that thrilled with it. I have better shows on my lineup.

Shhhh I was kinda worried too. I love it so far. I'm not thrilled the boys think being away from each other will help, but I get why it's going that way.

Besides we got Misha to distract us....

Dean: God?
Castiel: Yes.
Dean: God?
Castiel: Yes. He isn't in Heaven. He has to be somewhere.
Dean: Try New Mexico. I hear he's on a tortilla.
Castiel: No, he's not on any flatbread.

Actually he was playing skeeball in New Jersey when it all went horribly wrong *snickers*. That's why Cas needs Mapquest the amulet to find him

MMM. Yeah. I like Tony being tied to a chair, too.

I mean, what?

;)

I thought the ep was made of win. Well, except that we're STILL, obviously, lacking HEADSLAPS. W.T.F.?!?! It's not NCIS with headslaps!!! *Pouts* WTF, TPTB? W.T.F.?!

...All I know is that they better not making Tony cave and go for the Tiva. MW doesn't want it. Cote does. If that happens? I'll boycott. Seriously.

...I tried NCIS:LA, and I just couldn't get into it at all. :( Although, Callen and his shirtless self looked amazing!

...Speaking of amazing... How amazing did Tony's and McGee's hair look in Somalia?! Holy hotness, Batman!!! LOLOL!!!

Hmmmmmm Tony tied to a chair..... MMMm what?

It was a totally made of win episode. I missed the headslaps too but at least we got snark! You gotta admit though there weren't really any times headslaps would have been needed.

I don't really think they'll go the Tiva route at this point far too much between the two to go that way. At least not for awhile... Course I agree they should even think about doing that. Ziva isn't good enough for Tony.

Really. I kinda liked NCIS:LA. Though it probably was mostly Callen now that I think about it... LL Cool J is pretty damn hot too!

OMG YES!!! I thought their hair looked hot then TOO!!! And Timmy's was all shorter and I went Gahhhhhhhh!!!

Holy hotness, Batman!!! LOLOL!!! Dude you're nearly quoting Dean Winchester there!! *cracks the hell up*

Damn so much ground to cover!
NCIS - was terrific Loved, loved loved Tony's ramblings about everyone on the team especially Gibbs s a functional mute Crack me up. Ziva is aback and I so wanted Tony to tell her how he feels since he wouldn't be able to lie. TIVA = OTP

New LA version - So far so good - a definite keeper on the DVR

Heores is still a head scratcher but I'll probably stay til the end - which I doubt is very far off.

Bones - still fun fluff and Castle has the same vibe which why I guess i like these shows so much

Who Hoo Texans Won!!
