Mom Update 8/8/24

Hi! I figured some where curious about my mom, well I have some good news! She is partaking in therapy every day possible now, both OT and PT depending on the day, sometimes both. She's slowly, but surely making progress with after the stoke. One of her recent victories is being able to put a shirt on over her head!! She also eats more and asks for snacks / cola when I visit! And she LOVES her coke (the pop, of course lol)

Even so, donates have slowed to a crawl and due to an issue with EBT, I may not have grocery money this month. Mom usually manages that and somehow we haven't gotten our monthly allotment or any mail about it stopping/having to renew. I've been calling the local office but am not able to get though to anyone. It's majorly anxiety inducing for me right now.

If you feel generous enough to donate, it'll make sure I have money for groceries/necessitates/medication. Anything left over will be saved for bills, some of which have gone to collections already and I'm having to pay a small amount monthly.
