Aren't you fed-up with garbage, full-of-shit sites where nobody actually communicates, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter? Do you wish your old friends who've migrated to those sites would return to LiveJournal? The the_lj_revival community has been set up with that aim in mind, and you are invited to join it. If you are already on LiveJournal and still have a Facebook profile, and would like to see more people returning to LJ or setting up accounts here, we invite you to post a link to this community on your Facebook Timeline. If you would like to find out who is still using LiveJournal and make contact with those who are already here, you are invited to copy and paste the 'about me' questions on the profile page and post them with your answers to the community.

Can someone tell me who this band is?

I have a blank CD with 9 tracks by some tough guy band. I tried to get some lyrics out of it, but the only coherent thing I could dig out was in track 3, in a breakdown that actually didn't suck at all - strange for breakdowns in general, but the lyrics were:

"I won't be defeated, NOT THIS TIME" (that's the gang vocals in caps... yeah.)

Someone identified it as All Hell Breaks Loose, but I'm not so sure... I can't find documentation of any CD by AHBL with 9 tracks. Only an EP. Someone help?

MUSICIANS NEEDED in the 772!

Guitarist, vocalist, and drummer looking for a bassist and second guitarist. 6 songs written, ready to be played live, with the exception of the second guitar parts being written. Music is in the vein of Bury Your Dead, Full Blown Chaos, Terror, with sludgy, brutal slam riffs, some off-the-wall mechanical beatdowns and a couple southern-y riffs thrown in, VERY fun... vocals are similar to Winter Solstice and Scarlet.

We need people with equipment and transportation, employed and secure, preferably 18 and over, as we're all 20-22. We practice Tuesdays and Thursdays in Vero Beach, so 772 area is a must, unless you have the gas to make a pilgrimage. We're not militant, we toke and all that, but we're 100% dead serious about our music and plan on making it a career. We're seeking people with the same unbridled passion we share together.

We have our first two songs in an EXTREMELY rough, drums-guitar format up at myspace.com/moshasaurusrex. Fear not the name, it was spur and we're searching out ideas. The newer songs are more techy but not overdone; no retarded time signatures or weird keyboards, just straight hardcore/metal with a fun-loving, positive mentality.

Please use one of the contacts below to express interest, we want to bring this to the top.

Trance? Drum n Bass? SEX? It's all here.

Alright. You guys, all of you, I don't care who you are, you need to check out my new project. Don't say "ugh, but Michael, I hate techno!" because most of our fans do, too.

Please check it out. It's trance and drum n bass with vocals centered around sex. Nothing else, just sex. It's funny and it's provocative. It's myself, the drummer of Kill This Glamour, along with AJ, keyboardist of My Fair Verona. Best of all, it's free to download on our myspace. CHECK IT OUT DUDE.

Sick show. Sick sick sick. Sick.

Sick's the word now, right? Check it out. It's a local show, it's all ages, it's only $7, and all of the bands need the support. It's in MELBOURNE. Straight up hardcore show, lots of "mosh" and such, and my band is playing (not that it matters, without us this show would still be ridiculous.)

It's at Carver Park Community Center (click for directions.) Doors are at 6:30. Here are the wonderful bands that are playing.

Kill This Glamour!!I'm in this one.
Call To Preserve
Seneca I play in this one, too.
500 Pound Machine Gun
Life Without Shame
Maury
Coldside

Support the locals, it's going to be eeeexxxxxcellent. Melbourne shows, ALWAYS good. Holla back, youngin.
