ㅤㅤ A gentle letter for those who deal with hypersexuality.
· Safe reading for all, no explicit material ahead.
Shoutout for everyone that deal with hypersexuality. Regressors, dreamers, flips, sibs, carers, pets, handlers, permaregressors, syskids, age sliders, everyone in this community that feel so sensitive and unsafe to talk about these harsh experiences. I see you.
Be kind to yourself. You're not gross, nasty, icky, dirty, or anything else. You're strong, gentle, deserving of love, care and comprehension. You're not a bad human, you're not a criminal, you're not a danger, you're not an offense, you're not disgusting, you're not a monster. You're not impure. Your intrusive thoughts are not you. Your body reactions are not you. Your nightmares are not you.
It's okay to struggle with these things. It's not your fault to struggle. It's not your fault to think, see and feel things you haven't chosen to. It's not your fault to "let them happen or exist". You can't control them everytime. It's okay to not be in control of this scary thing everytime. You're doing great.
You are deserving of healing. People will understand you and not judge you if you find the right ones. This doesn't makes you evil. You are deserving of love and care. You're deserving of patience and being listened without being judged or accused of being something you're not.
I trust you. I trust you. You're not alone. Don't be harsh on yourself. Don't punish yourself this much. I trust you. I will always trust you. I'm here and you don't need to hide from us. You will heal, I trust you. Try with me. Keep fighting just a little bit more. You can do it. We can do it. We can fight these scary monsters in our thoughts. You're stronger than you think.
