Tactics Primer

The Tactics Primer is an item that debuted in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Finding it is required to complete the quest Leading the Charge in Chapter 2. It is located in the Captain's Quarters, on the second floor of the monastery. It reappears in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, where it replaces the user's Unique Action Ability with Byleth's, Divine Pulse. It can be obtained by giving the Merc Whistle to Byleth.
