Summer Chilling (Japanese: 夏涼む二人の夏氷 Summer chill pair's summer ice) is a weapon skill in the blue tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the summer variation of Hapi. Summer Chilling deals bonus damage to dragon and beast units; it allows nearby units to warp near the user, and allows dragon and beast allies to warp from farther away and when activating Canto; when its user is near allies, it reduces their special cooldown count, grants stat boosts, Treachery, and a status neutralizing the foe's bonuses to the user and their nearby allies, and grants Canto to nearby dragon and beast allies; if its user initiates combat or is near an ally, it boosts their stats and the damage they deal; and if its user is near an ally, it allows them to follow up before the foe counters.
