Role

Ninian: Oracle of Destiny, based on Ninian's appearance in Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade, was first made available from March 14, 2017 – March 30, 2017 as part of the New Heroes: Blazing Shadows summoning event. She was the first Hero to come with Fortify Dragons. She also has access to Dance. She became a Resplendent Hero with an outfit based on Nifl on May 25, 2023.

Ninian is fought during Paralogue 3: Part 2. She features in the Tactics Drills twice, used during Grandmaster 48 and Grandmaster 55. She also makes an appearance during story sequences in the Forging Bonds events Study in Crimson and Gate to Oblivion.

Ninian is a featured Hero for two Bound Hero Battles. The first, Ninian & Hawkeye, features her alongside Hawkeye: Desert Guardian and was first made available on September 20, 2017. The second, Tiki & Ninian, features her alongside Tiki: Dragon Scion and was first made available on June 29, 2023. Additionally, she was a featured Hero in two Voting Gauntlets. The first, The Blood of Dragons, began on October 10, 2017, during which she won in the Final Round against Corrin: Fateful Prince. The second, Sound Tactics, began on December 1, 2021, during which she lost in Round 1 to Nils: Bright Bard.

From the 3.9.0 Update on September 5, 2019 until June 17, 2026, a 5★ version of Ninian: Oracle of Destiny could be obtained by completing Rank 5 on the Heroes' Path.

Ninian: Bright-Eyed Bride was first made available from May 21, 2018 – June 21, 2018 as part of the Bridal Bloom summoning event. She was the first Hero to come with the Fresh Bouquet and Chill Atk. She also has access to Dance.

Ninian is fought during Paralogue 20, in Part 2 and Part 3. She also makes an appearance during story sequences in the Forging Bonds event Beyond Control. Additionally, she was one of the featured Heroes in the sixth Hall of Forms, which ran from May 26, 2020 – June 9, 2020, alongside Lyn: Brave Lady, Nino: Pale Flower, and Fiora: Defrosted Ilian.

A 5★ Combat Manual version of Ninian: Bright-Eyed Bride could be compiled using 300 Divine Code: Ephemera 5 from May 7, 2020 – June 28, 2020.

Her personal weapon is the Enveloping Breath, and her personal skill is Call to Flame.

Ninian is fought in Book VI, Chapter 7: Part 5. She features in the Tactics Drills once, used during Skill Studies 153. She also features in the Beyond Control Forging Bonds event, alongside Lilith: Silent Broodling, Rhea: Immaculate One, and Gustav: Sovereign Slain, granting the Mystic Hairpin and Mystic Hairpin EX.

Ninian featured in the Voting Gauntlet beginning on June 1, 2022, Dueling Darkness, where she lost in Round 2 to Alfonse: Prince of Askr. She was also one of the featured Heroes in the forty-sixth Hall of Forms, which ran from September 21, 2023 – October 5, 2023, alongside Lyn: Lady of the Wind, Karla: Sun-Piercing Steel, and Leila: Keen Lookout.

From March 6, 2023 onward, a 5★ Combat Manual version of Ninian: Frozen Heart can be compiled using 1,200 Divine Code: Part 4.

Ninian: Ice-Dragon Oracle, a version of Ninian that chose to stay with Eliwood after the events of The Blazing Blade, is a Legendary Hero who was first made available from September 29, 2022 – October 13, 2022 as part of the Legendary Heroes - Ninian summoning event. Her personal weapon is Faithful Breath, which was able to be refined as part of the 9.10.0 Update on October 6, 2025, and her personal skill is Dragon's Dance. During the 9.10.0 Update, she also received the skills Dragon's Dance II and A/R Cantrip 3.

As a Legendary Hero, Ninian is fought during a Legendary Hero Battle, the eponymous Ninian: Ice-Dragon Oracle, where the reward for beating her on Abyssal is the Gold Divine Tiara. She features in the Tactics Drills twice, used during Skill Studies 168 and Grandmaster 141.

Ninian: Oracle of Destiny
Ninian is a dancer with an otherworldly atmosphere about her. In fact, I'm told that she's actually an oracle with uncanny powers, and her dancing is part of a sacred ritual! Ninian and her brother, Nils, have always traveled together. Well, it might be more accurate to say that they've been on the run—a group of assassins called the Black Fang were after them because of the strange powers they share! Ninian was captured by the group at one point, but Eliwood, the Marquess of Pherae, rescued her before she could come to harm. Ever the knight in shining armor, he vowed to protect her from then on. Ninian wasn't used to opening up to others, but she was touched by Eliwood's kindness, and soon she opened up to him and to others as well. I hope I can be her friend too!

Ninian is an ice dragon and an oracle from Elibe, and she’s here in Askr for the bridal festival! Isn’t her outfit just incredible? Here she is, wearing a long dress with a flowing train. That long veil gives her a very mystical look! She’s also carrying a bouquet filled with flowers that look like blue tweedia. They’ve got the same ice-blue color as her hair! Ninian: Ice-Dragon Oracle

Two Heroes have come from separate worlds to enjoy the harvest festival together! Here's Tiki and Ninian! Tiki, a Divine Dragon, is sporting a cute, impish costume for the festival. I'm told that it's supposed to be an oni, a kind of monster from a faraway land. I love the ribbons—they look just like the kind you'd find on wrapped-up sweets! Meanwhile, Ninian has complemented her new friend's costume by coming dressed as an angelic tennyo—another fantastic being from exotic locales. That colorful, candy-themed belt adds a wonderfully playful touch to the outfit! Tiki and Ninian might look and act very differently to one another, but one thing they have in common is, er…spending most of their lives being pursued by villains. • Though Ninian did not appear in Heroes during its initial release, version 1.0.2, there was a folder in the game's files named "ch03_16_Ninian_F_Normal" ("ch03" being a prefix common to all The Blazing Blade characters), possibly implying that she was planned to feature at launch. The folder contained Christmas-themed artwork of Robin and Tharja; it is unknown why this artwork was contained in Ninian's folder. The folder had been removed from the game by version 1.1.0, and was readded in version 1.1.1 containing the files for Ninian: Oracle of Destiny.
