The Rapport Wand is a staff and a weapon skill exclusive to Fire Emblem Heroes, where it serves as the default weapon of Silque (Selfless Cleric).
Overview
The Rapport Wand functions in a manner very similar to an Opening or Gap skill; differing primarily in the stats chosen. At the start of the turn, the unit on the team with the highest Speed aside for the wielder of the Rapport Wand gets a +5 boost to their Attack and Defense.
