Cloud's concentration (hardly) was suddenly broken by words that one of the guys spoke.
"Hey do you guys know who this guy is?"
Cloud glanced towards the arriving student looking through the hair in front of his eyes.
Zack!? He said to himself silently.
With a shake of his head, he shrugs it off thinking If it is him, he'll see me eventually
Standing up, I'm gonna head to my dorm for awhile. See you guys later. With a wave, or Cloud's definition of a wave, lifting his hand and letting if fall back down, he was out of the cafeteria and on his way back to his room.
While in one of the halls he saw a frantic looking girl making her way towards him. (OOC: in case it isn't obvious...The girl is Rikku) Cloud braced himself for what was about to ensue.
Vincent broke the starring contest to notice the other guy with a ShinRa SOLDIER uniform on. "Wow, another one." everyone at the table looked over in shock that the other was still alive. "So many people from ShinRa but not a one that i can regognize." he shrugged and asked the others "Hey do you guys know who this guy is?" ((OOC: sorry Maik, but this is a waste of an RP to just sit here and wait for Nixon to finish the poster, so i broke the silence, now stop being so lazy and actually post with Seph or Cloud!!!!))
Rinoa hurried towards the cafeteria. Today just wasn't her day. A few hours ago, she'd woken up feeling exuberant about the day. Yet now, the harsh reality of being back at school had managed to settle in and ebb away at her remaining happiness. She somehow had to wing her mind back into study mode.
Look at yourself, Rin. It's only the second day, and you're already falling apart.
She arrived at the cafeteria a few minutes later. Looking around at the rapidly filling tables, she spotted a few familiar faces in the crowds, one of which was Ellone. Rinoa waved at her and smiled, trying to mask her stress. Yet instead of taking a seat, Rinoa headed straight towards the uniformly placed bowls of cereal, took one, and headed straight back to her dorm room. She didn't feel right having to put on a fake smile throughout the whole of breakfast.
Crawling on to her bed with her cereal, she peered out of her window, taking in the calm surroundings. Sunlight streamed in, forming bars of light across her bed and highlighting her pale complexion. Rinoa closed her eyes and inhaled deeply, as though trying to breathe in the warmth of the sun.
I wish I could just stay here... bathing in the sun... taking in the air.
But she knew deep down that she couldn't. Coming back to school was her own choice, and she had to stick by that obligation. She dove her spoon into the bowl, and with little incentive she continued to eat silently, passing time till class began.
(( OOC: Sorry Ellone! Rin's feeling slightly anti-social at the moment, so don't take it personally ok? I just kinda felt the need to post something to try and draw Rin away from character interaction until I can fully understand what's going on, and how things work. ))
"No!" She swallowed what she had in her mouth and finished, " ...er what I mean was no I wasn't refering to you. I was refering actually the the 'little bastard' that sent me here. Not you."
Yep thinking aloud was definatly something she would have to stop doing when people were present.
Then she realized she hadn't givin out her name yet. She knew his, but only from her brothers Tantalus posters.
"And if you still want to know, my name is Mikoto."
He listened to her quietly, chasing the remnents of the cereal around in the milk with his spoon. Well, except for a small choke at the mention of Alexandria. She seemed to feel the same way about this school and their current situation.
"Little bastard..."
"Excuse me? Have I offended you Miss...?" He had only just realized that they hadn't exchanged names yet. While he was confused about how he had offended her but she seemed to be kind of a spaz. It was amusing and wasn't about to pass up a chance to get out of his morning funk early.

Ellone stared at the food that was being offered, gave the cook a polite smile, then gagged as she walked away. Luckily, she had brought her archery equipment, as it looked that she was going to be hunting her own food. The thought of being outside, in the wild, made her smile ever so slightly.
Looking about the cafeteria, she hesitated. There were fewer people than she had thought at first glance, but any amount of people made her cringe. Ellone had the sudden desire to pack her bags and run...far, far away. With a sigh, she flipped her shoulder-length hair over her shoulder, a single black tresse covering one of her emerald eyes.
Leaning against a wall, she watched the other eat. Or stare, as some of them were doing. She had another desire, the desire to slap the spit out of the ones just standing there. If there was one thing she hated, it was people just sitting idle, doing nothing.
Her cat-like eye moved to the door as a boy with black hair entered, and she focused her intense gaze on him for a moment. After sizing him up, she let out another sigh, and closed her eyes, her own hair falling into her face a bit.
Zack stepped into the cafetera... "No effin' way" he looked around, only to find, three guys just starring at each other as if about to strike, a girl violently shoving what appears to be frosted flakes, sitting next to her a boy with, "is that?", it was a belt over his head. "oh god" he rubbed his hand over his face hopeing by the time his hand slid over his eyes they would all be gone, but they weren't. he looked over and saw a girl quickly glance at the dinners as he was but she smiled rather than frowned, and then she was off. "I guess i'll go get something to eat and just bring it back to my room" so he went up and grabbed a biscuit, and some 'eggs' picked up a chocolate milk and was off to his room. "I hope these guys are just passing threw" "well, I should at least get to know them before I judge them." after he ate his breakfast he decided to go gack to the cafeteria, this time to socialize and see if they were the freaks the appeared to be...
