All Your Final Fantasy Layout Needs

Hiya, I've been trying to figure out how to make a custom layout and failing. I wanted to make one that was themed for Locke Cole and primary colored, similar to what Amano used in his art. Would anyone out there be able to give me a hand in figuring out how to do this? The internet has not led me to much.
