walked over to the folks' today, about 4kms or so. hung out with the folks, et a massive dinner, and then frittered away a couple of hours looking at fiji places online with mum. we have established we want to stay in a bure, for around 7 days, somewhere with a pool, a beach, and where i can kayak. thats about all we have for pre-reqs. now we shall check out options with a travel agent chick tomorrow and see. and then i need to find someone to cat-sit for a week.

ive switched to friends-only, inspired by rhi and the new social media policy at work. it just seemed smart. its a bit shit for a couple of people who read but dont have journals, but thatll be fine.
today was a bit shit in places. then i et fush n chups, and im significantly happier. hurrah!!
