I set up this community so that I and others that I know could keep an eye on what each other was eating on their diets and healthly living plans and offer support, encouragement, and tips. If you've come across this and would like to join feel free. The only requirement is NO NEGATIVE COMMENTING. But please also remember that this is a community for people seeking healthy ways of eating and living. Thanks. Currently I am working the Weight Watchers program. I reserve the right to delete entries which reference a positive regard for anorexia, bulemia, or any related subject which is not related to the spirit of this community. Thank you.
