Welcome to the Fatal Frame Community.

2.) Not everyone is going to agree with what other people have to say. So please respect other people's opinions by not slamming their views as "dumb" or "stupid". Be polite about it, and make your opinion constructive rather than destructive.
3.) Obviously, it's a community for Fatal Frame, so please keep on subject. If you wanted to do say, a comparison between Fatal Frame, Resident Evil and Silent Hill as to what is scarier and state you think either RE or SH is more scarier, that's fine. Just make sure Fatal Frame is somewhere in there plzkthx XD
