To the Fullest X-Tent 3 is dedicated "to the memory of Stephanie "Goblin" Etmanski, a devoted X-Files and Babylon 5 fan and a talented artist. Goblin's work appeared in the second issue of this magazine, and she had been excited about creating the cover for this issue; unfortunately, her illness prevented her from completing it. "Goblin passed away January 17, 1997 from leukemia. She will be sorely missed in both fan circles."
