The Rumairie Fuq Fest was a Star Trek Fuh-Q Fest centered around a fan-created Vulcan orgiastic ritual, Rumairie. It was a member of the Fuh-Q Fest Ring and the TrekSmut University Web Ring
Rumairie is an ancient pagan festival of Vulcan held during the time when T'Kuht, Vulcan's sister planet, is full. After much discussion on ASCEM, we decided that this festival included feasting, dancing, and orgies!! Meaning lots of naked Vulcans participating in various acts of utter abandonment...This festival also used something called Rillan Grease, a lubricant which was applied to the scantily clad participants!
This fest will deal with the many aspects of Rumairie and how it concerns our favorite Vulcans. And Romulans too! In my opinion, the Vulcan's cousins would have a form of Rumairie too since it was practiced at the time of the Romulan exodus and also because Romulans uphold emotional experiences unlike Vulcans.
When you join the list, you will be dealt a random scenario starring one of our Vulcans or Romulans (or both!) Then, it will be your job to come up with a story that deals with the challenge.
