Quisine is a Star Trek: The Next Generation digest-sized anthology published by the Australian-based Q Appreciation Society.
There are four issues, each based on Q, a Star Trek character.
From a flyer for issue #4: "Why risk spontaneous combustion? Buy a Quisine today and minimize your chances of offending a capricious entity!"
Issue 1
Quisine 1 is not dated but likely published in 1991. It contains 36 pages and is digest-sized.
It was edited by Annie Hamilton, Jan, Ellen.

From the editorial:
Welcome to the inaugural issue of Quisine!
This publication is devoted to that quirky character who frequently has a guest role on 'Star Trek: The Next Generation' - yes , the inimitable Q!
Your editors have long been fans of Q, and feel that not only has he been misunderstood and, indeed, unfairly vilified in some quarters, but that he deserves a zine of his own.
So this is it! A collection of various literary items - a story, a narrative poem, several poems of diverse technical style - haiku, keracue, alliterative - an article in defence of Q and some rather curious illustrations. We've had a lot of fun compiling it !

From the editorial:
Welcome to Quisine 2 - a smorgasbord of fiction, poetry, articles, reviews, news and other (q-riousities. And with an atrocious pun like that to start, you should know exactly what to expect! Well, perhaps not! Within the coming pages, we have a truly eclectic selection, ranging from parody to critical analysis.
As you can see, we've grown a little since our first issue and we hope to expand still further. We are now seeking submissions for Issues 3 and A - stories, artwork, poetry, filks, reviews (particularly of episodes, zines, stories in zines, comics etc), news, letters of comment, curios and bric-a-brac. The dead-line for Issue is June 1, 1993.

Issue 3
Quisine 3 was published in 1993 and contains over 100 pages.

It is full-sized.
It was edited by Annie Hamilton and Ellen.
The deadline for Issue 4 is June 1, 1993 and for Issue 5, November 1, 1993.
From the editorial:
This issue is a great deal different to what we originally envisaged, and some of our regular features have had to be held over until next time because of an unexpected, though very welcome, development - John de Lancie's visit to Queensland to film an episode of Time Trax. As a result, we have the transcript of a talk he gave to a group of fans in Brisbane in early January - an excellent and informative introduction to the man, the actor, the making of a Star Trek episode and a diabolical sense of humour!
[...]
Unfortunately, the printed word does not adequately convey the humour, the droll delivery or the rich sarcasm with which Mr de Lancie continually regaled and delighted his audience. Suffice it to say that laughter was a constant feature of this meeting, so be on the lookout for those occasions when the text cannot be taken literally! It was a fabulous time.
- Question and Answer with John de Lancie (an interview at a con in Australia, "This session was held on 10th January, 1993, in front of an audience mostly composed of Star Trek fans. An autograph session was held later and at that time Mr de Lancie kindly signed the original of the cover of our last Quisine.") (6)
- Folio by Annie Hamilton (27)
- Q and Cry by Rosanna Mully (Riker's new girlfriend is not what she seems, as Q seems to be trying to tell Picard.) (49)
- Equality Part I by Max Query (a Red Dwarf crossover. Picard finds that he has taken Rimmer's place. Humor.) (67)
