Laura Leach is a zine collector/archivist in the Man from UNCLE fandom beginning in the 1970s. She was also part of the Star Trek: The Original Series fandom, joining in the campaign against the killing off of Spock in the second Star Trek movie. She is best known in fandom for her donation of her extensive Man From U.N.C.L.E. zine collection to the University of Iowa Fanzine Archives in 2010, via the Organization for Transformative Works.
Laura is also a writer, having been part of the newspaper staff for her college paper in 1972[1].
In 1981, she was named as a potential publisher of a Star Trek zine "This Simple Feeling", however the zine did not eventuate.
