Drafted is an early gen fantasy AU fic in the Ninjago fandom by Nevermore-evermore. At of October 2013, the story had nearly 180 reviews.[1]
The fic was later removed from FanFiction.Net and wasn't saved on the Wayback Machine, however, the fic in its entirety can be viewed/downloaded here on the Internet Archive.
Fic Summary
Kai, a royal blacksmith with a rebellious younger sister. Cole, a laborer in the mines desperate to escape. Zane, a robotic slave afraid of death. Jay, a failing inventor. Fate brings them together when they're all drafted for the war against the Dark Island. Put in the same troop, they have to fight together. But do they even want to fight for their nation?
