This lovely piece of crack was inspired by an offhand remark redscharlach made. It took archae_ology and me almost a week to put it together. And it WILL kill your bandwidth. Really. Images are 560 pixels wide across the board. (At least I'm consistent, yeah?)

I hope I have the information correct for what's expected here (if not, post a comment & I'll fix it).  I'm always looking for new places to advertise my work, and I -think- this is appropriate here.  Again, if not, feel free to remove it.

Anyway... a bit about the fic... it will involve Harry making incursions into several universes/realities, the most ambitious fanfiction I've ever attempted thus far.  I actually started it out a couple of months ago going in a different direction, with a different 'alternate reality' to start, but with not-so-favourable response, I thought I'd try something different, falling back on something that worked before.  I cringe to think of the size of the disclaimer by the time I'm done! >:D

Dark Space is my new Torchwood a/u. It's set after Season Two, before Children of Earth starts. That's when everything goes a/u. It will include several chapters and several standalone flashbacks and interludes. This post is to coordinate everything for Dark Space, each chapter I post will be here. This isn't a fic I'm working on full time, so it may be quite a while between updates, but it will be worked on in spare time.

archae_ology is the beta behind the work, unless the chapter individually states otherwise. Please leave feedback on the chapter post rather than this post.

The idea for Dark Space came from too much World of Darkness and Torchwood at once. Couple that with the futility of right coming from Watchmen, and it came out to be a very dark universe. The series itself is going to be rated R for the themes and images. It's not for the faint of heart.
