Your Brain is a quest item in the Fallout: New Vegas DLC Old World Blues.
Background[edit]
The Courier's brain, removed by the Sink Auto-Doc, together with their spine and heart on arrival in the Big MT.[1]
Gameplay[edit]
While the brain is removed, the Courier is granted the Brainless perk. After the quest Old World Blues, the Courier can use the same Auto-Doc to return their brain to their body, granting them the Big Brained perk instead. At this point, the brain can be removed or added at will.
Location[edit]
Found in a body part tank at the Sink, after retrieving the brain from the Brain Tank during the quest Old World Blues.
