“Bugmen take moo-moos at night. Torr scared! Hep Torr? (Well, as I said, they are nocturnal in their feeding habits. I sure could use some assistance in guarding the brahmin. Will you kill any bugmen that you see near the brahmin?)”
Torr Buckner is a resident of Klamath in Fallout 2.
Background[edit]
The son of Ardin Buckner and brother of Maida Buckner, Torr is a tall and muscular, but simple man.[1][2] He usually stays close to home, looking after the family's Brahmin at the grazing grounds, which have lately been decimated by what Torr refers to as "bugmen."[3][4][5]

Chosen One: "What happened?"
Ardin Buckner: "He took off last night. I got mad at him after we lost those last few brahmin. We just can’t afford to lose any more, but all he would talk about is the bugmen taking them. That fool boy."
(Ardin Buckner's dialogue) - ↑ Chosen One: "A canyon? What canyon?"
Maida Buckner: "Well there’s a canyon just east of where we graze the brahmin. Torr used to come up with wild stories about bugmen coming from there. He said that it was bugmen what mutilated our brahmin. Scared himself silly with those fool stories."
(Maida Buckner's dialogue) - ↑ Torr Buckner: "Me guard moo-moos from bugmen. (I guard our family’s brahmin herd from ferocious nocturnal attacks by bipedal, carapaced creatures that I call bugmen.)"
