Toad Morton is the leader of a small gang in Fallout 2.

Toad is one of the four Morton brothers and can be randomly encountered during world travel after completing the quest Kill Frog Morton.

This is the first brother the Chosen One will have to face and is therefore weaker than the two others. Toad Morton's gang is composed of four people:
- Tough thug (68 HP) - .223 Pistol
- Big gun thug (60 HP) - Flamer
- Gun thug (50 HP) - City-Killer combat shotgun
- Agile thug (45 HP) - 14mm Pistol
