The Eye is one of three leaders of the Blood Eagles in Appalachia.
Background[edit]
The Eye searches for and extracts secrets from prisoners that can bring down the Blood Eagles. The Eye operated at a location called The Lab where they held torture sessions with some not surviving. They also recorded these sessions on holotapes. The Eye once tortured Frankie Beckett, forcing him to eat spiked Buffout and drinking something containing eyeballs.

Notes[edit]
- Beckett always refers to The Eye using male pronouns, although The Eye has a feminine voice in the holotape.
- Similar to The Blood, The Eye can spawn with a variety of randomized appearances. They can use a male or female character model, will say generic enemy lines and, contrary to the holotape, will have a masculine voice if they are spawned using the male character model.
