This is a modular tool that allows for consistency management of the link to overview articles across all articles. This prevents variability in how the information is presented, allows syntax to be manipulated in one click and allows for infrastructure changes to articles. Uses {{abb}}.

This template works as an alternative to writing:

''[[{{abb|mode=link|game}}]]''

But it is much shorter to write and can have link names to prevent links saying "add-on" or showing the namespace if it's not in the main namespace.

Usage

This template should be placed:

• Wherever there needs to be a link to the overview page of a game, addon or update.

The template should NOT be placed:

• in the introductory passage following "X is a Y". Template:In should be used there instead.

The Making of Fallout: New Vegas DVD was a promotional item for Fallout: New Vegas.

Add a game abbreviated code to specify which game/update. See {{abb}} for all supported abbreviations.
