Sink Project: Auto-Doc is a holotape in the Fallout: New Vegas DLC Old World Blues.
It contains the personality module for the Sink Auto-Doc, and is part of the All My Friends Have Off Switches quest.

The holotape can be found on the second floor of the Y-17 Medical Facility, on the desk to the right of the stairs.
