The Signed Baseball Card is a quest item in Fallout 4.

A unique, pre-War baseball card of Matt Murtagh, a pitcher of the Swatting Sultans. It has the same mesh as the Silver Shroud Calling Card, with the exception of the artwork.

Bugs[edit]
This item, along with the Signed Baseball and Signed Catcher's Mitt, will respawn about a week after the quest Out in Left Field is completed. Once taken, it cannot be removed, dropped, or sold. The items will not respawn again after that.
